Shipping Information

We understand the urgency of your orders and are committed to ensuring that shipments reach you as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a call for confirmation. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp and SMS within a few hours if the call is not received. Kindly confirm your order through either of these channels. 

Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to dispatch it swiftly. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours, but it may take a little longer to process some orders.

We offer delivery within Karachi at a rate of PKR 170/- and PKR 250/- anywhere in Pakistan for orders weighing up to 1 kg. For items that require sensitive handling or are bulky in size, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days within Karachi and 3-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan

Before the payment is made by the customer, parcels are not allowed to be opened when they are being delivered by the courier company’s riders. You can always contact us regarding any issues. We are happy to assist you in all instances.

International Orders

Currently, we are not shipping to international destinations. But the wait will not be long; stay tuned as we will start the international shipments soon.
